Shipping policy

 

All product orders are shipped via UPS and will come with a tracking number to follow your package.  The exception to this would be Spa Membership packets which are shipped directly from the Spa via USPS. Your fulfillment date for this will not reflect actual shipment of your packet.

UPS is the only shipping option available for United States packages. Please track your package and send to a secure location. USPS may complete final delivery when choosing UPS Surepost as your shipping option.

Out of country packages will have a different shipping method and may have extended shipment times of 1-3 weeks.

We have a processing time of 3-5 days prior to shipment. All Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders are still applicable to those processing times.
